Workplaces For Bankrupt Entrepreneurs. Business Club And Reality Show

I propose reviving bankrupt entrepreneurs by providing them with high-paying jobs. For this purpose, a special club being created, which I will describe below. A place where one can receive support, establish new connections, and become an influencer. Henchmind is an ideal platform that can take this under its wing. It would be interesting. We just need an investor and the participation of one of the central channels. The idea can be scaled to any country in the world.

Relevance

 Socially oriented projects are currently working well. By launching such a club, you will receive:

  • free mentions in the media and social networks;
  • qualified employees for high positions (admittedly, such individuals will be a maximum of one-third of the total, but even that is great, considering how much money is spent on unmotivated and clueless employees and headhunters who often don't understand whom they are looking for and why);
  • government support;
  • increased profits;
  • contracts with major companies;
  • new, interesting ideas.

Why is this needed for bankrupt entrepreneurs?

Entrepreneurs are people who once dared to do something more for themselves and society. Even anonymous alcoholics, drug addicts, and victims of violence have clubs. But for bankrupt businessmen, there is nothing. Why? Isn't the variability of success a normal phenomenon?

Entrepreneurs are people who dare to strive for something greater for themselves and society. So why don't they have the right to protection in most countries? It is necessary to increase the desire of other people to try to create a business. Give them a second, third, and even fourth chance.

Here are the two main problems faced by businessmen:

1. Security threats:

a) Economic (blocking cards and accounts, including personal);
b) Physical (collectors and debt collectors indirectly or directly threaten);
c) Psychological (friends, acquaintances, and family members stop communicating).

2.  Job search difficulties.

This can leave one without a means of subsistence, in a depressed state, with blocked cards.

What to do?

Option 1. Earn cash and pay off debts (difficult and time-consuming).

Option 2. Open a company in someone else's name and cash out money illegally (violates the law).

Option 3. Declare bankruptcy (not always possible). Although some go further: they turn to substance abuse, engage in illegal activities, and commit suicide. I have nothing to say about this. It's horrible. To prevent this, the situation needs to change.

What other options are there?

Implement my idea.

How it can be done:

1. Light Option

Create an interest-based club with recommendations, psychological support, legal advice, and open exclusive job vacancies. If a person proves themselves and moves forward, they must contribute a portion of their profits to the club (for example, 20%). They will also be tasked with working with two newcomers and mentoring them.

2. Standard Option

Everything is the same but with accommodation provided. For example, everyone can settle in the "Former and Future Winners" settlement. If you have problems and are ready to work honestly, come and live with your family. You will be legally protected, and given a job, but you contribute half of the money to the project and mentor newcomers. This option could evolve into an interesting reality TV show.

3. Premium Option

You are under 24/7 surveillance. You are one of the main characters of a business reality show, leading a specific direction (IT, beauty, online sales, telemedicine, etc.). This option is the most profitable but also the most responsible. With strict oversight. To move to this stage, you must go through the Light and Standard options.
